DESS at the 2025 IDS: innovation, connections and the future of dentistry

From the 25th to the 29th of March, DESS was at the International Dental Show (IDS), the dental sector’s benchmark event. This year we had the opportunity to present our products and connect with professionals from all over the world. We also shared exceptional moments with customers, distributors and DESS opinion leaders.

Connecting with the dental sector at the 2025 IDS

Innovation was not only showcased in our products, but also in every detail of our stand. With a modern design, interactive areas and live technical demonstrations, the DESS space reflected our commitment to digital transformation in dentistry. All through our stand we followed ESG criteria, incorporating sustainable and responsible practices in the presentation of our products and in the organization of the space.

Connections that make a difference: KOLs and international distributors

Having the opportunity to welcome both customers and distributors to our stand was an enriching experience for both parties. There were not only product demonstrations, but also valuable conversations between DESS professionals and other leaders in the dental industry. We also enjoyed visits from our KOLs, who shared their experience and vision with us.

Meetings with our Opinion Leaders

During our time at the IDS, we had the pleasure of welcoming two of our KOLs: Deni Pavlovic and the Seiler Scheidegger laboratory, represented by Mattias Kaiser and Yves Kelterbaum

Seiler Scheidegger has been a leading Swiss laboratory in dental technology since 1948. Key DESS products that can be integrated into its workflow include:

Deni Pavlovic has a solid career as a dental technician, with years of experience in fixed and removable prostheses on implants. Like the Seiler Scheidegger laboratory, he uses key DESS products:

Among other things, they shared with us their vision of modern implantology and the use of our solutions in actual scenarios. It was a real privilege to be able to share such enriching ideas with these leaders in the dental sector.

Reunions and new links with our international distributors

The IDS was also an opportunity to meet many of our distributors again. We exchanged ideas, shared experiences and set new goals to continue growing together in the different markets.

Thanks to their commitment and professionalism, DESS products continue to reach clinics and laboratories all over the world with the support and proximity of our local partners.

Presence of DESS products at the 2025 IDS

ANGLEBase®, DESSLoc®, ELLIPTIBase® and more: solutions that made a difference

The IDS was the perfect stage to showcase our flagship solutions, including:

  • ANGLEBase®: an interface that allows the insertion axis of the prosthetic screw to be modified by up to a maximum of 25º, offering 360º freedom of movement on its own axis.
  • DESSLoc®: provides reliable retention and stability in removable prostheses, enhancing the patient experience.
  • ELLIPTIBase®: designed for implants with 3 and 3.5 mm diameter platforms, especially in areas where esthetics is paramount, such as incisors.
  • Multi-Unit Abutments: recommended for complete or partial restorations on implants where multiple teeth need to be replaced. They allow different angulations and gingival depths to be corrected.

Many of those who attended were interested in the advantages of each system and we were able to show first-hand how they integrate into digital workflows.

Demonstrations, feedback and future collaborations

It is worth emphasizing that the live demonstrations were one of the most valued moments for our customers and distributors. Both our technical and sales teams had the opportunity to show the operation and advantages of our products. It was also an excellent opportunity to answer questions in person, and to exchange ideas and experiences.

Successful end to the 2025 IDS

The 2025 IDS was an unforgettable experience for the DESS team and we did not want to say goodbye without thanking all of you who shared your time with us. Thank you to the customers, distributors and KOLs who visited us. In addition to taking back beautiful memories, we have returned home with new ideas to improve and continue to grow in the dental sector.
