DESS® compatible Ti Bases for dental implants

The cylindrical chimney design and SelectGrip® surface treatment of DESS® Ti Bases significantly multiply cementation retention, improving abutment-to-prosthesis retention by up to 500%. They are made of Titanium Grade V ELI and their crown or bridge bonding profile reinforces the zirconia structure in the areas of greatest stress, smoothing edges and ensuring the useful life of the prosthesis.

In the case of esthetic cemented prostheses, the single abutment acts as a core. Once tested, it is cemented with a non-engaging Ti Base to start the secondary part. With screw-retained single-tooth prostheses, it is cemented at the end of the treatment after try-in and glazing. Prepared for scanning, digital, or contact, they are equipped with a milled part to support the repositioning of the zirconium framework during cementation.

Our patented SelectGrip® surface coating applied to both titanium bases and abutments improves adhesion on cemented dental restorations by up to 500% compared to the same untreated abutment.

Top-quality Ti Bases for dental implants at the best prices

Thanks to the digital design and CAD/CAM libraries available for Exocad®, 3Shape®, and Dental Wings®, DESS® Ti Bases ensure a quantum leap in crown retention. These Ti Bases can also be used with the traditional analog system in combination with the castables available in our catalog.

At DESS® Dental, you will find Ti Bases for the most popular implant systems on the market, in 3.0, NP, RP, WP, and 6.0 diameters and a variety of gingival heights. In addition, two different Ti Base heights are available–6 mm and 8 mm–for connection to Multi-Unit®.

Its non-engaging design for single-tooth restorations offers a single position, minimizing the possibility of error and guaranteeing the orientation of the Ti Base when cementing the prosthesis. In the case of multiple restorations, bridges, or hybrid frameworks, we offer the rotating version, which allows for a more passive fit of the multiple frameworks.
