DESS Solar Pannels

At DESS^® we're committed to a better and more sustainable way of living. Our new HQ was conceived with the premise of being more energy efficient and greener. 
We were convinced that the new space needed to reflect not only our core values but a clear message about what we stand for.  
On 2016 we draft the requirements for the new HQ and we defined certain characteristics that would help us to achieve our goals.
We install a climate control system that regulates the temperature of the building, saving energy.
This state of the art system opens and closes the blinds automatically to keep the optimum level of light and temperature inside the building.
We knew this was just the starting point of the conception of the DESS Space. We wanted to achieve a very balanced space, greener as possible.
Now in 2018 and after a change in the Spanish legislation, we were able to continue with the development of our plan. In July 2018 we installed 274 solar panels on our roof, this is a total of 367m² of solar energy, with a maximum output of 75Kw/h.
