José Manuel Gutiérrez
He is the logistics responsible of DESS^® and works in the warehouse. Thanks to him all orders can reach our customers with no problems. 

Define DESS^® in three words

I think Dental Smart Solutions defines us quite well, but I would say Work, Design and Ambition.  

What do you do on your day-by-day?

During my day I take care of several things, such as stock and shipments. In the team we diversify tasks. 

Broadly speaking, I would say that my day-to-day work consists in giving a good service to clients and working for being able to them to have their orders as soon as possible. 

What would you say is your biggest challenge in your job?

Make the customer happy. 

Regarding product and quality controls, do you carry out any control tasks in the warehouse before sending the order?

The order has two phases of control. The first one is picking and the second is to check the batch and the article in our system. This double control allows us to ensure that the order is correctly delivered.

If you could put yourself in the shoes of a colleague from another department for a day, which would it be and why?

I'd like to be in the Customer Care position, for their knowledge and for being able to know first hand what the customer needs.

Dragon Ball Z. 

If your life was a film genre, which would it be?

Thriller.

Do you believe in UFOs?

When I see them, I'll tell you. I believe in what I see and what my mind tells me.

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Policeman, like my father.

Imagine being mistaken for a famous artist. Who would that be?

I've often been joked that I look like Colin Farrel, but I don't know how true that is.
