Visit from Our Norwegian Distributor – Novus Dental

Last week we had the pleasure to host the visit of Novus Dental, our distributor in Norway, together with several of their prosthodontic customers. It was a great opportunity for them to get to know DESS^® Dental and the team behind it.

The visit started with a welcome cocktail and dinner near the hotel where they stayed to get to know each other better, Novus Dental representatives and a few members of the DESS^® team were also present.

The next day, our technical support team gave personalized training about the advantages, features and uses of DESS^® Dental products and solutions. Afterwards, they moved to our facilities, where they were given a guided tour of our offices and factory where they got to see the whole manufacturing process and learn about the packaging and distribution of our products. They also had the chance to meet our team whilst having lunch at our premises.

On the third day, the visitors attended a morning lecture, Soft Tissue and Prosthetics – New Possibilities with New Technologies, given by Per Carlson, an oral prosthodontist. They also enjoyed a second lecture, From Manual to Digital – Possibilities and Solutions, given by Emanuel Melinotti, area manager of CEKA Europe. In the afternoon, Jacob Slavensky, dentist and owner of Sorø Tandklinik, presented a case study on injection moulding.

Thanks to these visits we were able to strengthen the relationship with our distributors and increase the trust between both parties. DESS^® Dental would like to thank our distributors for their confidence in our brand and our team. Thank you for making the effort to visit!
